Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before engaging our services.

These terms and conditions govern the services provided by VZ Solutions (Pty) Ltd. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

VZ Solutions (Pty) Ltd, its directors, employees and representatives take no liability in damaged or stolen property.
VZ Solutions (Pty) Ltd, its directors and/or employees accept no responsibility for the current state of wiring/electrical work existing in the property.
No additional work, equipment or parts will be ordered or completed without a variable order on the original quote that has been approved by the client.
All electrical work is weather dependent at all times.
Installation of solar equipment falls under its own specification and therefore cannot be included in any electrical faults on the property.
All invoices must be settled in full within 48 hours of project completion.
All equipment will remain the property of VZ Solutions (Pty) Ltd until all invoices are settled in full. VZ Solutions reserves the right to register all unpaid equipment as stolen.
Usage of our systems is the responsibility of the client. Misuse will result in immediate after-sales support termination.
Any legal costs incurred because of a dispute will be at the expense of the client.
